Return Policy: Since this is a one-person business, where the Pickle Pal is designed, assembled, and shipped by one person (me), I cannot offer returns. However, I want to know if there are any defects in the design or assembly process so that I can make improvements. These are made to order, and there may be slight differences in appearance between Pickle Pals. If you experience a design or assembly flaw that makes the Pickle Pal unusable, please return to me for an exact (color) replacement. I will refund shipping costs for the item.
